Sticky label marks

Hi there, does anyone know what to use to take off the sticky label marks from a cashmere/silk pashmina, without damaging or staining it? The kind of label that states the makeup of the material, where it was made, etc; the kind that leaves a sticky white residue on the material? Many thanks
