It's acidic so I'd suspect so, eventually, after enough applications. Not sure I'd want to try though.
I have been using salt, the cheapest you can find, successfully as a weed killer for years.
Pour boiling water over the spot/weed and then sprinkle salt on it.
The water 'opens the pores' of the plant and the salt kills it. Very effective and cheap.

I have thought about salt but aren't you just left with piles of salt all over
Best saved for fish & chips :-)
