This is nothing to do with weight loss but you might be interested. Two weeks ago, I bought a 'waist twister, body sculpture thing' and both Mr T and I have used it for five minutes, morning and night, for the last eleven days. I have lost 2.5 cm from my waist, 2cm from my hips and Mr T has lost 4cm from his stomach.

One of the owners saw me on it and I told her that it worked for me, I'd trimmed my waistline and hips using it. She said that I was about the only person to go on it and was thinking of ditching it, I noticed later that they were introducing other women on to it.
You've got me thinking about buying one. I haven't yet finished reading Amazon Customers Reviews :-
