Help , my dwarf cherry is losing its leaves and has rusty coloured spots all over it, what does it need please?

Sounds like rust, give it a spray with

Its been bad this year because of the mild wet winter. As well as spraying it, don't move it around your garden and clean your hands and secateurs after handling/pruning as it can be passed from plant to plant. It might be worth cutting off every affected bit and disposing of the prunings with your rubbish, don't compost them.

Thanks for answers, have been a bought a spray and done it! I have a lot of fruit trees, and never had this before, see what happens now. Thanks.
