When you drank the drink and attempted to grasp the ice cream with your lips wouldn't the drink just pour underneath the icecream and out of the glass and down your top?

ice drink............one scoop of ice cream add any ginger "pop" of your choice. served with a straw and a long handled spoon for the ice cream left at the bottom, when finished always wanted another one !

To stop the foam escaping you have to put a tiny drop of water in the bottom of the glass.

In the States it's an ice cream soda......I used to love them. Sitting on the high stools at the soda fountain was a real treat. I was always taken there by my big brother.
