I am installing a 6 birth jacuzzi, wet weight of 2500kg on top of a grass garden. Do I need to reinforce the lawn with foundations and trusses?

I'm not a builder but would def. say that you should dig an area the base dimension of your jac., sufficient to take a depthof say 4" hardcore or random brick rubble etc. Then lay minimum of 4" thick concrete on top of it levelled off. then start your recommended build of the unit.
Of course you could always gamble with a few slabs, and then renew them every so often when they crack up.
I would do the proper job.
Hi you will need a firm concrete base that is flat as when full of water the unit will tip if it is able and any undulation is will make it unsecure
it can also cause fractures 5000 lbs is a lot of weight so yes a base is a must

How did you get on, did the manufacturers instruction tell you.
Cheers
