removal of dry grouting on tiles

Hi everyone,
does anybody know an easy way of removing dry grouting,and the white "film" from tiles,
seemed i put them up ok but didn't clean them enough and they look matt instead of shiny
regards in advance

Hola Steve, if you can get a plastic pan scourer,some warm soapy water and some Elbow Grease and work from the top downwards.
Then polish all over with a old towel and then sit down with a cuppa and enjoy
