We have water going down the back of the sink and it's running down the wall behind into the cupboard below .This is very complicated :)
The sink is only a gap of about an inch and half from the tiled splashback and has been set into a beechwood worktop .Over time this has started to go all grotty ,the grout is all nasty and any water that gets spashed around is running down the back of it and under the lip of the sink into the cupboard .
This usually only happens when Mr S is doing any washing up .I've tested it with a glass of water :)
My son is going to fit a new sink and worktop for us ....but ..
he's full of good intentions but we may have to wait a while ....
In the meantime is there some sort of waterproof tape that I can buy to shore up this gap pro tem.

Haha ..that's funny.
We've still got a couple of little independent ironmongers in the town and there's a lovely one in Norwich called Thorns .Been there since 1835 and they sell tins of of old fashioned lavender furniture polish .That is a real Aladdins cave of a place.
Had a lovely lunch at Wetherspoons en famille very nice but chilly(er) now. Just relaxing and doing nuffink.
haha, love it woofy, I'll send it to Ozzy.
Well, I'll have a lovely clean bed to fall into tonight...shame it's not my week for a bath.

Picky turned up here earlier .The Germans are playing now .....yelling and shouting coming from the front room .
If they think I'm wandering back and forth with food they have another think coming .I've placed a take away menu in a prominent position on the coffee table :)
It must be the weather but i could sleep for England at the moment and I wake up feeling as disorientated as hell...not taking meds, not drinking much, don't know what is going on but i suspect the weather isn't helping.
haha, well done shaney... walk past them wearing only an apron, see if they notice. :)

I'm the same woofy, I could sleep standing, my brain fog's a pea souper and yes, I really think it's the weather. I'd like to know why it causes bloating and griping too.

I've felt very tired these last few days . Even Mr S has been yawning away.
He didn't nod off during the football though....lol.
I think it's the weather .It's suddenly dropped around ten degrees from what it was last week .This must affect poor old biddies .
Me too, sleepy all the time.
Yay good for Germany, bet Mr S is happy!

I appear to have IBS again but its not surprising the amount I am eating, silly me.

oight oight you all x
oight oight all. Neti go easy or you won't enjoy your hols.

Oight all ,sleep toight .Give your tum a rest Neti .Eat light food .
No pork pies ...lol.
Morning all, it's very sunny out there.
Oh dear neti, that's both of us. In fact I'd change irritable to explosive, lordy what a night...I'm still in pain and very wobbly, it could be a bug, ibs or, I suspect, both. I'm glad I don't have to do much today.

Morning lovers and all others. Had a good night's sleep and managed to ease my tummy this am! The foxes are always sitting on the doorstep now waiting for food.
some of the family are going to see Arundel Castle today and some are going shopping.
Overcast day.

Morning all
It can't make it's mind up out there today .Bit cloudy, sunny, breezy.
My insides aren't 100% either and I really want to go out .It's over a week since I went anywhere .I must get a grip .
well the dogs have decided its a sleeping in day so who am I to argue. Later we'll go out for another short practice drive and I will have a potter in the house. Nothing urgent on the horizon so I have decided to make the best of a bad job and take it easy for a few days.
Been out for lunch and shopping had a lovely day.

sad news, do you remember smudge, I've just re eiced a message on FB (no idea now she found me) she says her daughter died last Friday aged 49.
Her daughter was Coggles on AB.
oh that is sad.
OH has been working overtime on blagging - today we went free to the Art and Antique Fair in Hyde Park - lots of nice pottery which we promptly bought in my dreams - and on Thursday we are going on a cruise on the Thames with Dan Cruickshank. I must watch him on telly the night before so I can crawl to him.
cool, the best blag i have had lately is a tesco coupon
