Up till approx 1918,there WERE quite a few brothels in Greenwich,which then had a large naval population (mainly at the Naval Hospital,not promising for prostittutes!)
Since then Greenwich has (gradually) become more and more gentrified,until now it is a very "posh"(and expensive) area, without any brothels.(or red light areas)
