5029, I share your frustration stated elsewhere on the site. The link that you have given is hardly a mine of information and makes no effort to advise new users about searching etc. We can all benefit from advice to make our lives easier and more comfortable. May I, politely, offer you a tip. When you insert a link if you include the http prefix it will allow others just to click on it to be redirected instead of having to type the whole thing. Not a big issue, but it's really useful to other users. So, your link :--- http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Article.go?id=29&ca
tegory_id=null
;; I'm not taking issue with you, just trying to ask for patience and understanding from all parties.

ever heard of copying and pasting????
Please help me. I'm new here. How do you copy and paste a link to another page ?
Question Author
Highlight the text, right click mouse, select copy, move to the address bar, right click and choose paste. Ctrl + C also copies and Ctrl + V also pastes
Thanks for your help 5029.
Is the _id=null the root of the null questions?
I'm new to this site. I've read the article that 5029 refers to but it doesn't seem to tell you much. I've also noticed that quite often questions don't seem to be in the most appropriate category. This one is most obviously a How It Works candidate but there again it isn't a question.
