Malcolm X eventually came to see that violence wasn't the way to advance his cause.
Violence merely begets more violence and is never a long term answer.

When it works the peaceful alternative is the only civilized one. I'm unsure it has achieved as much as the violent rebellion has in the past though. Maybe the conditions have to be right.
Was malcolm x violent? Or werent his opinions the result of the hate that hate produced?
