Mary I didn't have any, despite trying. (She seems to have had phantom pregnancies.) The throne went to her sister, Elizabeth
who also didn't have any if memory serves me right
If she did they were Robert Dudley's and hence bastards even if they did survive the birth, but probably she didn't have any.

do you think there would ever be a gay royal wedding in years to come?
Elizabeth got it cos she was Protestant, she fought the bastardy tag all her life cos her dad was a divorcee

yer but was that because she had no brothers?
William IV didn't have any children, which is why his niece, Victoria took the throne.....
Elizabeth had a half brother, who died young.
still no breakthrough on who Victoria's real father was, the porphyria is a big clue but still not unearthed the line, oh well,
Elizabeth did have a brother, who ruled first - Edward VI. He had no children (didn't marry) and so his sisters took the throne in age order. Elizabeth didn't marry, but Mary did and couldn't produce an heir.
and William IV had heaps of children - 10 - just not by his wife.
Charles II wife Catherine of Braganza. Charles himself had many barstewards and he has many living descendants today.
The following monarchs left no legitimate children:
William II
Richard I
Richard II
Henry VI
Edward V
Richard III
Edward VI
Mary I
Elizabeth I
Charles II
William III/Mary II
William IV (10 illegitimate)
Edward VIII
doesn't mean they were unable, though: some had children by the wrong woman, others were gay, and some died too young.
I saw that add in the paper:

Queen Anne had loads of children, but they all died before she did.
