You`re the man craft.
Are you just looking for him or relations?
Question Author
Both. I was sent to live with the family with my brother at the start of WW2 and often wonder if they are still alive.
Right.....I've found a Charles FH Penn born Walsall 1931, he married a Joan Grainger in 1950.
The following children were born with the surname Penn and mother's maiden name of Grainger, so they may or may not be his children
Carolyn Penn born 1951 Wolverhampton
Charles F Penn born 1952 Wolverhampton
John R Penn born1955 Walsall
Bryan Penn born 1958 Walsall
Sheena Penn born 1962 Wolverhampton
Janine Penn born 1963 Wolverhampton.

A Charles Frederick H Penn born 1931 died in Shrewsbury in 1992.

Well done that `lady,` sorry if I refered to you as a man in a previous post. I just clicked onto your avatar.
This will be your chap 'cos he had a sister Patricia born 1927 and a brother called John born in 1935. The registrations show their mothers maiden name as Homer. The only marriage I can find between a Homer and a Penn was in 1919 in Christchurch, Hampshire when a Charles F Penn married an Emily H Homer, so I presume that's the parents.
Question Author
Right on the ball craft, many thanks again.
Right I'll stop now (I get a bit carried away)
