No! Never!

Not in this century!
His notification of 21/09/2099 should be delivered in a coffin.
No.
Most definately not, EVER!
He will never be released, you do know that don't you? Even if his prison sentance is given an end date, he is criminaly insane and will stay in Broadmoor until death.

Oh and where is he now?
If it what the law says, then he should.

However, that date should be so far into the future as to be essentially worthless to him.

'Ooman rites' are only relevant if you are 'ooman' though. Let him rot.
never ever, but what pi$$es me off is he is getting every little comfort inside and some oap's cant afford to put their heating on, its a disgrace
Who would date him .Even if he was getting out .

never !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
keep the evil fooker rotting behing bars !!!!
No.
what Butch says, if people believe a woman murdering her kid because she was "suffering from mental illnes" should be shown leniency then why not him
I have no problem with him being released when he becomes too old and feeble to do any further harm. It depends which is the cheaper option, prison or a care home.
Everyone at the beginning of their sentence should have a relaease date or the knowledge that theirs is full life term that is only fair to anyone. However I personally feel that this man's crime is so extensive and heinous that he should never be released.
Bit of a difference between the two Steg.
There was a mother with a conviction for killing her baby (threw it out of a train window) on the Titanic.
The two crimes are different.
It is a question of law, personally I feel he should stay behind bars, I feel that way about most killers, but if the law states that he qualifies, then in a country ruled by law it has to apply.
Up to the moment the law's changed, which in a democracy we can make that demand.
Write to your M.P.
"...(threw it out of a train window) on the Titanic. "

No mean feat ...
