I have a picture on my pc that I would like a mirror image of, but have know idea how to achieve this, can anyone help please

can you open the pic in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer? if you can you can rotate the image really easily, along the bottom theres an option to Open and Edit, then choose Image, Flip

Many thanks for speedy reply - I do have picture & fax viewer but not the option to open & edit? I have however been able to complete the task using Nero suite. Once again many thanks for your help.
