black and white for pc

on the third island you gain the ability to make miracle dispensers which I have succeeded in building. I am at a loss though as to how to get them to work. I can place miracles on them but when I remove them they do not recharge. Please help.. what am I doing wrong?

I had the same problem when i did it. they dont Recharge the miracle they jus look like empty pedestals.... i tried and tried to no avail
