Is Xbox360 Backward Compatible?

We got an xbox360 at christmas. I've seen Tetris Worlds for the xbox available on Play.com and I'm just wondering will it play on the xbox360 or only the original xbox? Chris, since posting the question I was on Amazon and there it is claimed that Tetris Worlds is not compatible, however it is on this compatibility list so I don't know what to believe now.
