Roasting pork

I have a 2.5kg /5.5lb leg of pork (with small bone in) . I've had in in oven at 240c for 30 min. And Am now going to turn it down really low(we r going out for a bit) I'd like the roast to be ready to eat at in 6 hours) therefore what temp should I turn it down to? 75c?

180c for another 1hr 45 mins and let it rest 30 mins with some foil and a tea towel over it to keep it warm
