Only in the fact that I get a day off.

I'm retired, so I don't even get a day off! But no, I'm not really interested. Just glad that I don't live in London.
I am south of Watford - but still not interested!
Were you a bookbinder before you retired, bookbinder?
Yeah THE WESTMINSTER Mint, They keep phoning me to ask if I would like to order the official £5 coin, so many times that they are becoming a pain in the A@$£, I don't even know where they got my number from!
Yes, sallabananas, I was indeed a bookbinder, so my nom-de-plume was a logical choice. I started as an apprentice in 1955 and continued, with one or two digressions, until 2004.

i'm not anti royal but the next notable royal event will be the death of pour Queen of which i have much respect but couldn't care less about these two ,as bookbinder says glad i don't live in London ,on that week anyway
"one or two digressions"....?

Mmmmm - prison?
I've got to go to London on 27 and 28, I am imagining it will be terrible.
I hope, sallabananas, that you're not casting aspersions! (Must look that expression up.) The nearest I have ever been to a prison was when I stayed with my Gran in Leeds as a lad. Armley Jail was at the end of the street. But, now that you have put me under some pressure, and before all the wrong stories about me start to appear in the press, I shall declare the following: I served Queen and country in the infantry for 2 years (National Service). Notice that nobody started a war with us while I was in the Army! Secondly, I gave up bookbinding to train as a school teacher. Got all my pieces of paper, but couldn't get a teaching job, so went back to bookbinding. Next question, please!
Are you single? ;-)
Type Your Answer Here... no aspersions meant to be cast. You do indeed sound an uprightly upstanding respectable intelligent experienced young(ish) man...
only that i get a day off

I'm away on a hen weekend in Dorset....

Lots of vodka and zorbing apparently. Though I am not allowed to zorb.
You know, sallabananas, I am warming to you more by the minute! You sound just my cup of tea! But no, I am not single. However, I can confirm that I am all that you say I am in your other posting. (I'm also modest.)
i just had to googgle zorbing, i think yo should have a go
I tend to attract the elderly population. Although there are young admirers too... must be my way with words. And the fluttering eyelashes.
