Recipe (in its entirety) for boiled owl:
Take feathers off. Clean owl and put in cooking pot with lots of water. Add salt to taste.

Where would an Eskimo get an owl? Do they have owls that far north?
I've heard of Arctic owls.
Yes they have many many owls in the Arctic. I didn't know they ate them though.
