I've just taken out - (well a couple of hours ago, it's cool enough to cut now) a beautiful ham out of the oven, boiled, fat and skin removed, then smothered in tangy orange marmalade and roasted. What better with a nice ripe straight from the vine tomato on some fresh out of the oven bread? - Or with a dab of english mustard? Or a mature cheddar with red onion chutney....

What's you favourite sandwich?

Ive just had a couple of tuna and sweetcorn (home made) sarnis with some crisp radishes and vine tomatoes on the side sprinkled with sea salt and black pepper.

Then again, there's always roast beef with horseradish....leg of pork with crispy crackling, sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce..sausage and bacon..sighs.....

Ooooo I now have a craving for a hot rare roast beef sandwich - yum yum. Boring cheese and ham for me today I think! =(

Just had it. Freshly baked roll filled with grilled dry cured back bacon, soft brie, sliced tomato and some torn basil leaves. Lovely.

I've never tried that mac, i've heard of it, but I can't stand cola of any sort, cheap, Pepsi, Coke, you see! I
I've just thought of another couple of fav sandwiches, a chicken one with curried mayo and sliced onion, and a roasted vegetable one with sweet chili sauce...

My current fav is a chilli and coriander wrap stuffed with roast chicken,hummous,avocado and rocket, with a drizzle of olive oil. For something more traditional it's prawn mayo on brown.

ok, my latest favourite sounds disgusting, but I love it.

Crusty white bread roll, with craploads of pate (or beef paste!) and stuffed pepperdews. It is also incredibly messy too, but i could eat these till i pop.
