Fav sandwich at the moment.... is

Got to share this with you, my fav sandwich at the moment is Bubble & Squeak with fried egg, it's lovely, just add a pinch of salt and pepper and yummy! My brother thinks I'm either mad or pregnant and I'm neither.
Whats your fav sandwich... anything you can recommend?

My all time favourites would be

1) Banana and peanut butter

2) Bacon, brie and cranberry sauce

3) Coronation chicken with lettuce

4) Cold mutton with mint sauce

5) Cheese and crisps with mayo.

Salas has got me thinking (and salivating!). One of my all-time favourite sandwiches has to be Stilton & mango chutney. (Delicious!). I've never thought of adding sausage but I might give it a try (although I think that a smoked German sausage might go rather better than anything that Mr Walls has to offer).

The caf� at an auction centre I used to visit also offered a great combination of fillings:
Cream cheese, peanut butter and celery - Wonderful ;-)

Tuna melt with a twist on ciabatta...tuna mayonaise with oregana and capers, topped with cheese, onions and sliced beef tomatoes then toasted in a sandwich press. The word, my friends, is unctious.

When you could still get them, I used to love cadburys wispa sandwiches! Just grate the wispa onto the bread.......mmmmmmmm!

Plain sliced cucumber, pickled beetroot and cheese, cheese and coleslaw, plain sliced boiled egg on a good white bread and a smidgen of salt - YUM! Grilled cripsy bacon and cheese with brown sauce....
