Donner meat??

Has anyone ever managed to find the recipe for Donner meat? It must exist but where on earth it is, i have looked to no avail.

No, but you can buy packets of donner meat in Asda in the cooked meats section.

i saw the Hairy Bikers do it on telly once, it involved patties of sliced lambs tail fat layered with minced patties of - well, meat and unpleasantaries. having said that, i woulda still liked to have tried it.

Donner meat is all the mechanically recovered cr@p that would normally be fed to dogs.
Come to think of it I wouldn't feed my dog on it.
