Me and my friend started weightwatchers last night, as anybody any good advice or sucsess stories?

Hi! I've been on WW since January and have lost 2 stone, 2 pounds so far! I've been a bit stalled since July, but I'm still plugging away at it. I've been doing No Count the entire time and I love it, it's been so much easier to lose weight than I ever imagined. The thought of counting points for EVERYTHING made me cringe, which is why I chose to do No Count. But you have to do which plan works best for you.

My advice is to keep positive, realise you might have a bad week here and there but don't let it ruin you if you do, and stick around for the meetings because they'll help you stay on track.

I can talk for hours about WW, but I'll stop there for now :)

hi thanks for that, this is my first week and i feel that it been to easy but i will see the results on friday

I lost 3llb which ws good however i went on a weekend break and have scoffed my face all weekend so i guess i will prob put on this Thursday.
That's great you lost 3 pounds!! don't let your break discourage you though, just get back on track and be focused for the next week and you'll do well!
