Followed Delia's recipe to a T - turned out lovely but still a little too salty for me. Worcestershire sauce is added at the end but think next time won't add it.

Enough for one person but this gives me an example of how much to make next time when I am cooking for a lot. JJCon

You can get Anchovy-free Worcester Sauce.
Last night on masterchefs they did a onion gravy and added vinegar to the onions while frying them, they said it gave them a better texture and flavour. x
