i have been pulling a pack of meat out of the freezer ever day and then googling a nice recipe,i am taking out fish today for tomorrow

the fish is fresh skinless haddock,what will i do with that,i was thinking of cooking it in milk and onion and making a fish pie or something like that.
I would melt 75gm butter in a saucepan, add 75gm plain flour and then add liquid (fish stock, cream and vermouth) until you get a nice sauce. Season and add the fish and transfer immediately to oven dish. Cover with piped potato and cheese and bake.

Yes, white wine is fine. No more than five tbsp. Add wine first, stock second and mix well and finally the milk/cream.
Feeling a bit"Tom&Dick",today..my "Doctor",has dashed out to get me a BK Double Whopper,with Cheese,and a Strawberry Milk Shake..by way of sustenance..She is very Good!! xx ;o)
