Hi all, as above. I have a bottle of brandy on the slightly tart side and need suggestions on how to make it more palatable. Sweeter even, but not lemonade, or tonic .

Mix 50/50 with Cinzano Bianco (or even be very retro and use Babycham) - rocket fuel ;)
