Certainly better than turkey mince Pasta. I have a bologneise sauce made up with it in the freezer and am going to use it to stuff some peppers later this week. I found it edible, but can't say I liked it as much as beef mince.

mmm...I don't really care for most red meat-so I'm OK with the Quorn.

Unfortunately, the only meat I can say I really love is beef!!

I usually make it with shredded chicken, but have used turkey mince. It's lovely! :)

I find turkey mince too sweet after being used to beef and pork mince, but like some of the others I switched to it for dietary reasons. A beef oxo cube in with it seems to solve the problem :)
