Got my cousin coming round for dinner on Sunday. He's on a very strict diet (boxer) but Sunday is a free day. He doesn't want a Sunday roast...he wants something (in his words) gooey and unhealthy...

I can't think of anything...

Doesn't sound that good to me either...

I don't want to go to too much trouble though. Last time he came for dinner I cooked duck breasts with a spicy plum sauce. I served his up first...by the time I'd dished up everyone elses he'd finished.

He doesn't chew..!!
steak hogie!

fresh baked baguette, fried strips of steak, onions, garlic and cheese stuffed to point of falling out as you lift it.

served with chips and creamy unhealthy coleslaw!
dippy camebert with fresh bread, home made burgers with cheese in the middle, chucnky chips or wedgies salad, garlic dip. then gooey choc fudge pudding with cream

That crossed my mind bednobs....but I don't really like burgers.

Carbonara is nice but that's the meal my son makes (the only one he can make)

Well get your son to make dinner then, you can put your feet up......sorted.
i fancy one of those m&s ones with the gorgonzola in the middle, about 10 zillion calories
