was quite delicious, is it readily available in uk? as i ate it here in Spain, this followed a yummy plate of creamy spinach, also for 1st time.
and lastly how do you pronounce turbot, is it turbo, with silent " t "

It's Turbot, as it's spelt. I've had the Rodaballo in Spain, but sometimes restaurants will mistranslate it as Brill.
