I said 'sorry' a minute a go but because I didn't hear someone.... I've also today said, 'I'm sorry but that's simply not enough information for me to proceed' to a particularly idiotic person and yesterday I informed one that I was sorry but it simply wasn't good enough... I say sorry a lot so I must be a good person... ;0)

On Saturday, despite the fact I was serving two different people with trainers, this female customer just couldn't bear to wait another 60 seconds. I had to tell her I was the only one serving and couldn't call anyone else in the shop to help.
