My daughter has gone on holiday for 2 weeks and asked me to go round and empty the fridge she'd forgotten to do.There was a couple of packs of fresh egg noodles in there which I can use but What do you cook 'em with? Chops? Steak?
Anyone got any idea's or recipes? Shame not to use 'em.

ThanQ Jem.

i do a stir fry
Stirfry, with chunks of whatever meat and veg you want.

Marineade the meat if you want, make sure it's in bitesize chunks, cook it in oil until it's nearly cooked. Add the veg that take the longest ie carrots, onion, pepper, cook for a couple of minutes, add the noodles and then after a couple of minutes, veg that don't take as long ie peas and sweetcorn.

I always make up my own sauce with stuff from the cupboard and fridge, such as soy, worcester, chilli and apple juice with pork, or you can buy packets of sauce.
Not bad Molly, especially from someone who couldn't separate an egg in a previous thread.
I normally seperate eggs when i frist crack them, using the shell and tipping the egg fom one to another, but there are two in a bowl.

If I do a stir-fry my hubby lifts it all up and says "where's the meat?" or "have you forgotten something?" (he from the old school where it wasn't a meal unless it was "Meat & 2 Veg."
I've got some chicken I'll give it a try tonight.
