stress, anxiety, worry, illness, horrid time for whatever reason... how do you know when you've 'come out the other side?'
I know when I'm 'back to normal' because I start singing out loud again. The worst time of my life, a few years back, I knew I was getting back to normal when I sang, hummed or whatever, every day again. At my worst times I, even subconsciously, am without music... :-(

I get my hair restyled. every time I come out of a long depression i do a bit of a transformation thing. Might revamp my wardrobe, update my makeup even try some new things that I wouldn't have the confidence to do when in the grey zone

What song should I sing today? So far it's been This Town Aint Big Enough For The Both Of Us (Sparks, circa mid-70's) and Burning Ring of Fire (Johnny Cash) - I need something more upbeat....
