To make bolognese sauce can someone tell me what herbs to use and in what quantity. Thanks

Basil and oregano are the mainstay of bolognese sauce,cant say how much caslass it depends how many you are cooking for

1 tsp each dried herbs or 1 tbsp each fresh.

I'd say it'sa matter of taste...and it depends on how much you are making and the strength/freshness of the herbs you are using.
