I have a red pepper and some hummus. I'd like to make a wrap, something different for lunch. Do I have to cook the pepper first? Any other hummus (sp?) ideas that are very simple?

Also you can roast the pepper on your hob, electric, though gas would be better and a bar b que would be even better then gas, after it is roasted peel off the black burnt bits and use as the recipes tell you! enjoy!
I agree about the red pepper. It's delicious in houmos. You could also try red chilli if you don't mind it HOT HOT HOT

Thanks for the answers. My plan was to use the hummus as a spread and then add sliced peppers. Would they still need to be cooked? Can grilled peppers keep for a few days? Thanks - I really need advice for even simple cooking!
Not sure,id say 2/3 days, but if they're put in olive oil this can be extended way longer.Heres peppers on the barbque, for when the weather gets better, you can almost smell the smokey roasted smell through your screen! lol!
