we are ovening an 800 g leg of lamb, how long and what gas mark should it be ?

pre-packed meat

Out to lunch in London

Gas mark 5/6, Roast for 30 minutes per lb (450 g), which would be about 50 minutes for you.
If you like your lamb on the pink side, reduce this a bit- you can always put it back in for more if its too pink, but you cant uncook it if it is overdone!!
