Hi all. We're having Lamb penang curry with basmatic and poppadoms. I'm slow-cooking the leg of lamb and will remove all the meat once cooled.

Barmaid, that's sounds really yummy! ( cheese crust apple pie)
Doesn't everyone freeze gravy?

Beef casserole and chips - being lazy.
Chicken breast pieces, with roast potatoes and parsnips, yorkies and green beans.
Wow some of them sound awesome I do like an Hawaiian Pizza, its the seafood ones which should be banned from existence. For now though keeping it simple and just shallow frying some mushrooms in butter, I would normally add some garlic and black peeper but Tesco may as well be on the far side of the moon, it seems that far away. (Only fifteen minutes away really)

Yes, I stockpile gravy in the freezer. I like to have plenty of it if I'm having relatives round for Sunday dinner.

If I wasn't have a delicious lamb curry, I'd go to BM's for the chicken dinner.
It's as easy to make a quart of gravy as a pint (metric equivalents are available) - so when I have some good meat juices I make double and stock up the freezer - then defrost for use with pies and (ahem) chips ...
Ok Lady going under grill now.
Chips and gravy is a delicacy oop north... Its Chips and mayonnaise as a dip I can't get my head around.
When I have chips, I have both ketchup & mayo for dips.
