She doesn't, does she, sleepy?
It sounds a lot, but I'm 6' so it takes a while to show on me. I've been eating 1200 (maybe a little more... ;)) per day and using my workout DVD. I've lost 21 inches from my waist, hips, thighs and arms.
To keep me motivated, though, I was weighing and measuring myself once a week, but lately, as I've got lazier, I've been weighing myself every day. It's not really ideal and your weight can fluctuate daily, but it stops me making excuses to myself that I can be bad for one day as I have however many left until I weigh myself again. Hope that makes sense. :)
Let me know what you think of it, 4get. I managed three days when I did it with Special K. :)
