Choc chip brownies:-

200g 70% dark choc
200g unsalted butter
200g caster sugar
3 med eggs beaten
150g self-raisng flour
half tsp baking powder
150g white and milk choc drops or buttons
Sorry its not a cake but you get more pieces out of it.
I have a great one..but I have left the recipe at work...I will post it here tomorrow.
Take a chocolate sponge mixture and make the 2 halves of sponge. Then when they cooked put peanut butter in betweed the two halves of sponge and then sieve a tin of baked beans collecting the delicious sauce. Warm the sauce and add a few lime jelly cubes. Put in the fridge and when getting thick quickly smear it all over the outside of the sponge and put it in fridge.

Then sit back and watch with satisfaction at all the gusts at the party and their happy expressions

Hope this helops
