blimy, they should be quite readily available there, try the asian grocery stores that sell meat as well. Have you tried the big supermarkets, they stock quite a range too now?
HTH
Most large supermarkets do sell all the spices that you need but you may find that they are called something else. For example, coriander seeds are also called dhania but if you look for dhania in Tesco, you won't find it, it will be labelled as coriander seeds. Same for methi / fenugreek and many others.

I can find most in supermarkets but not fenugreek leaves nor cassia bark. I live an hour from birmingham and just wondered if anyone could recommend somewhere where I could get the lot but thanks jack and gok anyway
To be honest, fenugreek leaves are quite bitter so you would only use a small amount.
If you come across an asian shop with vegetables displayed outside the 3 main things they group together are BUNCHES of: dhania (fresh coriander) spinech & methi (fenugreek leaves) even methi/fenugreek seeds are bitter in taste and so only a small amount needs to be used.
Cassia bark is also known as Dalchini or more popularly - cinnamon (sorry if you already knew)

you could to buy online?
