I have just made some dough for pizza bases which i am going to use later for dinner. I was just wondering if anyone knows where i keep them until then. I have wrapped the dough in cling film, is this right? do i put it in the fridge or just on side? Thanks for your help.

Just leave it on the side wrapped in cling film as long as its not in too warm a place.
As long as it's already on the tray you intend to bake them on. If it's just lying there on your worktop it'll get stuck as it gets warmer.

I make pizza dough too- yum yum- you'll never buy a shop bought pizza again.

Hi When I had a bakers shop, we used to make them in bulk for an Italian Restaurant and store them in the freezer unbaked and wrapped for a week.
