Green potatoes

I know your not supposed to eat green potatoes but what if you peel them so there is no green, are they ok then?

yes, they're fine peeled. just make sure you don't eat anything green.

And, after cutting away the green bit and cooking the potato, if there's any bitter taste - dump it.
