heston blumenthal sausage method

can anyone remind me the method he suggests for cooking perfect sausages. all i know is it involves boiling them.

Don't boil - poach them gently then brown by grilling. Only if all meat though - most UK sossies are packed with cereal filler (amongst other stuff........) and this won't give the result.
