Where can I get it in England? Does it even exist outside of the USA? Help, Please :))

I found it in marks and spencers, but didnt like it as much as the real american version, however if you are near a baskin robbins they have it and its lovely.

I also go to an ice cream parlour in southport and theirs is the best outside US.

thanks for the answers. Yes pralines n cream is a pretty good substitute. I'm off to the states next monty, first stop, publix for a gallon tub :)
