Chicken stir fry with chicken, sweetcorn, mushrooms, peppers, onion and carrots and M+S chilli dipping sauce

Then chop up potatoes into small chunks, mix some butter with either chopped garlic or parsley. Spread the potato out on a non stick baking tray and put a couple of knobs of the butter on top.
Roast for half an hour
depends what he likes mini,... steak, chicken fish??? Why not just cover yourself in something and let him feast on you!!
dan in the office next to me says : starters at the top lol and work down to the desert !
Something really easy that my other half loves is fajitas. It looks like you've made a huge effort when you haven't really!! Cook some strips of chicken with fajita mix, red, yellow and green peppers and some red onion. Serve with a plate of warm tortilla wraps, Uncle Ben's Microwavable Mexican Rice, a big bowl of salad (out of a bag), Old El Paso refried beans (microwave again!), sour cream, guacamole and salsa. Lay it all out on the table in little dishes and build your own fajitas. Have a big jug of something lovely to drink alongside, and you will have a great time, as this type of eating is quite intimate.

i like that idea scooby, is there anything i could use instead of peppers?neither of us like em.
matchstick carrots for crunch, but i would do a simple tagliatele with garlic bread, sauce - fresh stuff from tesco etc.
Sometimes I use mushrooms and ribbons of courgette instead of peppers
I got this great receipe from my mum and it's so simple my 13 year old makes it for us: Don't worry about the seemingly large quantity of mustard and paprika it is not at all too hot when cooked.

piquant pork:

Put 450gms cubed lean pork into a casserole dish add
1 leak sliced
2 sticks celery chopped
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 pt orange juice
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp english mustard

mix well together and cook in a pre heated oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until tender serve with rice or potatoes and veg

you can either pop it in the oven a couple of hours before he gets home or use the cokking time to work up an apetite!

forgot to say in my posting gas 3 or 160 electric
kentucky kebab....an chips.....
