chips, beer, chocolate, cakes and pies. deep fried.
bread, pasta, burger king, cheese, sweets, cream. Or you could do what some bodybuilders do - drink vegetable/sunflower oil straight from the bottle. What's wrong with being thin? The grass is always greener on the other side (i am overweight and wished i was thin - it's a shame we can't just swap bodies :-)
Kangaroo meat is good to "put on" in cold weather.
It's a jumper.
boom, boom.
Please don't be too desparate to put weight on. My guess is that you are quite young (forgive me if I'm wrong). When I was growing up (as a kid and in my teens) I was painfully skinny. It didn't stop me from having boyfriends, then a husband and ultimately three kids. I am now well into middle age with a middle age spread to match. The point I am trying to make is that somewhere along the line I must have had a perfect body, but I have been too busy living my life to notice. Don't worry too much about your body, you can always find clothes that flatter. Enjoy your life and the people around you will enjoy your company. And ultimately that's what matters.
Take, Molly's advice.
CARBS! great fat adder especailly in the winter. Bread cake bagles are loaded cookies jsut dont go psyco on teh sweets and dont worry about eating the same food (like bread and bagels) alot over and over because your body will stop burning them so mucha nd start storing!
Being TOO skinny can be a very serious problem if it is a medical condition and not just in your head. If this is the case, do NOT take any of the advice given here. A diet to gain weight is exactly the same as a diet to reduce weight. See an expert.
There is a Hollywood actress named Renee Zellweger who recently had to put on 40 pounds for a movie. She is normally very thin, an American size 6. She said that she counted calories-- made sure she ate 3,000 calories per day, whether she felt like it or not. She said that she had to keep eating long after she started to feel full... to "force feed" herself is how she described it. But it worked. Some of us feel full far more quickly than others do, and we are the ones who are skinny. Whether you feel full or not is like a trick that your mind plays on your body. It could be that you feel full *even though* you haven't yet had enough to eat! In that case, of course, keep eating. Also, it has been shown in studies that rats will eat a larger quantity if they have a variety of foods to choose from, as compared to just one kind of food. You may find it easier to gain weight if you dine buffet-style, at restaurants. Or, just make sure that you are eating many different kinds of foods at home... it should also be a balanced diet-- don't forget the protein and vitamins! But I agree with Molly, many men out there love & prefer skinny women, even very small-busted women. Similarly, women don't mind if a guy is very skinny. You WILL find your perfect match!
