Whichever recipe you use, I'd recommend going to Tesco's and getting one of their packs of Crevettes to put in it.

A lot of people think paella isn't 'authentic' unless it's made the night before.

Went home last night and made some myself. Unfortunately, there's none left to check out Champagne's tip, but I guess it would have something to do with getting some lovely sticky bits on the bottom of the pan.
