your setting s for mail are still using outlook as your main mail providor u need to change this to yahoo, go to start, control panel, internet options, programs, though when I got yahoo i didn't need to do this it autonatically asked me if i wanted it to be my email

If you subscribed to Yahoo! mail (free), you would not be even seeing anything on your screen connected to outlook express!?!

When you get their web page, do you not have the prompt for your addy and password - which when keyed in (and submit/enter) you go straight to your account page?

google: type yahoo email in search box

various www sites but click on the first one - it will take you to the Yahoo! mail site. On right hand side is the sign on box, but you will have to click on new register here sign - hey presto type in all your details and away you go. any probs let me know?
