In the same way as we get iron from red meat, what do we get from pork?

I always thought pork WAS a red meat. It's often called 'the new white meat' or 'the other white meat', so I think it is still, despite the colour, a red meat. Loads of pork info on this site.... http://www.nhpork.org/Pages/nutrition.htm
