should tell u a bit more

A few japanese dishes I'm familiar with:

tempura: vegetables fried in batter, usually aubergine, sweet potato, courgette.

ikonomiaki: potato pancake served with a sauce similar to brown sauce.

They also do great curries.

Oh almost forgot Gyoza - the best dumplings you'll ever taste. You can get them fried or steamed - with a variety of fillings, veg, chicken, prawn or pork and a chilli/soy/sesame sauce to dip in.

Thanks.
Kobe beef - most expensive in the world - hand massaged cattle meant to improve the texture.....
Question Author
Interesting. Does that mean that there are people employed to massage cows? What an unusual job. Thanks for your answer.

Great question! I've learned something new today.

Yes there are.

Massaging relieves tension in the animals muscle so the meat is more tender. The cattle area lso fed beer as the yeast helps the condition of the coat - the belief is that if it looks good, it will taste good.
